Last updated: 30 June 2026

BORN attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. This policy explains what data we process, for what purposes, and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data controller

The data controller is BORN, Rue des Abruns, Liège, Belgium. Company / VAT number: BE0820337710. Contact: veelink.be@gmail.com.

2. Data we process

  • Account data: name, email address, login credentials, settings.

  • Content: scripts, images, portraits, voice, video, prospect lists and other content you create or import.
  • Usage data: technical logs, trace identifiers, usage and credit-consumption statistics.
  • Communications: emails and messages sent or received through the Service.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • To provide and operate the Service — performance of the contract.
  • To handle billing and comply with our accounting obligations — legal obligation / performance of the contract.
  • To ensure security, prevent fraud and improve the Service — legitimate interest.
  • To provide support — performance of the contract / legitimate interest.
  • To send you non-essential communications — only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Processors and third-party services

To provide the Service we use sub-processors and third-party providers, some of which are located outside the European Union. The content you generate or import may be transmitted to them in order to perform the requested operation.

These providers include, among others: AI model providers (e.g. Google, Lightricks/LTX, BytePlus, OpenAI, Cartesia), hosting and infrastructure (e.g. Neon, Railway, Vercel, Bunny.net), payment (Stripe), messaging (e.g. Twilio, Resend), as well as other capture, processing or publishing tools.

5. Prospecting data (Finder and imported lists)

When you collect, import or process contact data (in particular via the Finder tool), you act as the controller of that data and we act as a processor for its storage and processing within the Service, on your instructions. It is your responsibility to have a valid legal basis and to comply with the GDPR.

6. Transfers outside the European Union

As some providers are established outside the European Economic Area, data transfers may take place. They are governed by appropriate safeguards (in particular the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision).

7. Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active, then for the period necessary to comply with our legal (in particular accounting) obligations. Content is deleted at your request or upon closure of your account. Technical logs are kept for a limited period.

8. Cookies

The Service uses cookies strictly necessary for authentication and session operation. Where applicable, audience-measurement cookies are only set with your consent.

9. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, contact us at veelink.be@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA), Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — contact@apd-gba.be.

10. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data (including encryption of sensitive information). As no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we cannot, however, guarantee absolute security.
